Thanks for the link. I see that J2000 is an earth centered inertial system, so there is no unique conversion from J2000 to WGS84 (the Earth rotates and the J2000 does not, so a proj4 string would yield a circle if you don't specify the time). To my knowledge, QGIS does not handle this time component.

J2000 sounds like the file format jpeg 2000, not a CRS. Do you have the full name of this CRS ?
