Hi, could you add more details?

comment Where can I find High Quality Road Network Information
I think you'd have to specify the location you're interested. There is no single source for high quality road network information. It depends on where you are or the place you're interested in.

Why do you need to do that btw? Do you have a sample dataset we can work with? An illustration would most useful, too.

comment Is PhD in GIS useful in non-educational career path?
@PolyGeo I think it's not too different from the other career questions. If this ends up being closed, we'd have to close those, too.

comment What is the future of ArcGIS web development ? Is it JavaScript and HTML5?
Interesting question but I voted to close it as it is not a good fit for the QnA format. There is no way to definitively answer this question. We expect answers to be supported by facts, references, or specific expertise, but this question will likely solicit debate, arguments, polling, or extended discussion

comment How can I change the size of labels and points in GeoServer?
How will you determine whether a city is big or small? Can you post an illustration of the output that you want? I think we're going to need more information as we can't tell what the big cities are based on your data alone. All we have are city names. Nothing to indicate the city sizes. Do you have a list of the biggest cities?

comment is ellipse inside ellipse in WGS84 ellipsoid
@DevdattaTengshe I'm a bit confused as to where the radius would be centered at. The foci? If so, aren't two focal radii(with different values) needed? An illustration would be most helpful I think. I hope the OP will reply soon.

comment is ellipse inside ellipse in WGS84 ellipsoid
I think your parameters for EL1 and EL2 are incomplete. Two foci and a radius don't seem to be enough information to determine and ellipse. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong.

Just download the zip version. github.com/AIFDR/inasafe_data/archive/master.zip Just make sure to use a download manager though. It's a bit large ~139 MB
