Now, I've tried small region like Bulgaria, which file has been downloaded a few years ago and it seems work fine. TIs that the latest file's problem or maybe I should use another geos library's version?

comment How to get an offline TileServer on Windows
Now, I try to deploy a Windows tile Server for offline present of tiles for my client side. So, I've got jTileDownloader 0.6.1 and downloaded a necessary square of map. I suppose I have to deploy any web server(i.e. nginx) for a tiles showing such as localhost/{z}/{x}/{y}.png. I understand that just a listing tiles folder is not enough. What should finaly i do to get the tile server? Also, is there an example of nginx .config file for that?

comment Postgresql to mbtiles
Thaks, Greg I've already active used it. the idea was in a changing the postgres data to the tiles. Mbtiles is just the way of using tile storage. I believed that it affected on the map perfomance

that is right. I thought about mapproxy which could use mbtiles as tile storage instead of mapnik+postgis db. OK! Anyway i'll look at tilemill then. Thanks a lot.
