GIS/GPS Technical Manager for a Local Municipal Utility Authority in New Jersey. Experience with geospatial issues related to Local Government and Water/Wastewater. Primarily work with Esri and Trimble products in a Windows Enterprise environment although am not adverse to using other products (including OS) if they are the right tool for the job.
