Open Source Remote Sensing vs eCognition, ERDAS etc Is it worth it? I think you're right. In the short term I will see what I can get done for free. Then as my requirements change I will review the software I am using. Looks like it is open now but I seem to remember the eCognition Community bing restricted to customers previously. At present just trying to get RS as a day to day work item rather than having it outsourced. Very cool blog/site btw. |

Imported netcdf file doesn't project correctly - help! do you know what the correct projection should be? have you checked the details of the projection in the NetCDF file? you may want to check out unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/software.html for tools to interact with the NetCDF |

Find Duplicate Feature Classes in ESRI Geodatabase Checking for duplicate schemas is the icing on the cake for this answer as there are few other issues with data subsets and clips etc that I have found to be cluttering everything up so now I have a plan for these also. Cheers. |
