@MDHald Customer Care portal is now [my.esri.com](my.esri.com). The FMV addin + gp toolbox is under the Additional Products section of the Desktop downloads. If you are not in the US you will need to contact your local ESRI distributor for a licence. Also, the point of my question is to find out where the toolbox is installed.

comment Invert Clipping for Data Driven Pages
I think the OP can just set the Page Definition Query to not match the current page, so that arcpy would not need to be used as the question does not indicate a need for it based on the current information.

comment Why and How does copying and pasting a “problem” model with errors in it into a new empty model fix the model (ArcGIS, ModelBuilder)
I have mentioned this issue before in previous comments/answers, but anecdotally I can say that there doesn't seem to be an answer to this. After repeated use/changing parameters over a period of time, the model simply becomes what I like to call "tired". It was the final straw which pushed me into Python scripting completely.

comment Use 'if' statement in ModelBuilder to stop model
@Steve set the output of Get Count as the precondition to whichever tool you are wanting to get a true/false condition for.
