Error from ps.map in GRASS. How to fix? Just noticed that the GRASS version I installed from kyngchaos is known to have issues with the Python GUI in Mountain Lion, but it says that the command line modules should work fine. Ref: kyngchaos.com/software/grass |

Error from ps.map in GRASS. How to fix? I installed all the frameworks before I installed GRASS. The error log, presented in the original post, suggests that it's looking for an image not in a framework but in python/wx. |

Why is this GRASS script (from GRASS WiKi) causing an error? I should have specified that the second code box is the content of the file spearfish.map, which is the input value in the first code box. Unless I'm misunderstanding the ps.map input command, the output should be correctly specified in that file. |

How to invert polygons (or other options for exterior styling)? It occurs to me that if I knew how to create a higher resolution version of the rasters (they'd look the same but would have many identical pixels in the new version corresponding to each of the pixels in the current version) then I could apply the gdalwarp masking technique I referenced. |
