comment Creating DEM from point data in CSV files using QGIS?
@StevenKay: There are more 100k lines. If I convert it to DXF, then the DXF is more than 300 MB... SAGA GIS: I try to install it right now, using fink, but I can see a huge amount of warnings ....

comment Creating DEM from point data in CSV files using QGIS?
@tareq: Thanks a lot. But ... too many errors while installing GRASS. I just found it why: CURRENT GRASS BINARIES MAY NOT WORK WITH EL CAPITAN - OS X 10.11.... So I have to search for a solution with QGIS...

@Andre Joost: Thanks a lot for your hint. You are right, "new labelling" was the clue, everything is fine now.

comment Why is QGIS 1.8 crashing when exporting to PDF?
@RomaH: Yes, it is possible to use the built-in PDF printer. But the quality is not so good. Because the pictures should be printed in a book I don't want to use this option

@Brad: Oh yes, you are right, I mean really to uncheck the labels. Sorry for the confusion....
