Is PhD in GIS useful in non-educational career path? I can't see how anybody can answer your question when you haven't stated where you are located and what kind of consultry you are planning on. I think that every local market has its own rules, that even stating an answer without stating a location is a bit misleading- PHD's can be harmful in some GIS job markets . |
