I've been in the geospatial industry since 2002. I primarily use ArcGIS, MapInfo, and FME. But I'm interested in learning QGIS, GRASS and other open source GIS software. I'm also in the process of honing my Python skills.

If they're all showing as the same size, is it possible that the values in the field you're scaling by do not vary much? That may account why you aren't seeing them as differing sizes. I've just tried the same and it's working for me.

comment ArcMap Zonal Statistics not producing attribute table
I understand that, but the output of the Zonal Statistics tool is a raster, not an attribute table. I think your best option is to use the Zonal Statistics as Table tool.

Can you edit your question to include a screenshot of the dialog box of the Zonal Statistics as Table tool?

comment ArcMap Zonal Statistics not producing attribute table
Are you getting an error? Or, does the tool complete successfully with no outputs?

This doesn't seem like a GIS question. It seems like you want to use a BIM program. They're more suited to answering questions like these.

comment How to conduct an NDVI and regression with ArcMap?
I think you're question needs a bit of clarification. Are you asking how to perform an NDVI in ArcMap? How to perform a regression analysis? Or how to convert the NDVI raster to a vector dataset? If the latter, to polygon or point data?

What license level do you have access to? If you have Standard, you can use the Tabulate Intersection tool. That may or may not be what you're looking for. If you don't have Standard, there are ways around it, but the steps are longer.

You're not missing anything. Unfortunately, Legend Designer doesn't allow for this kind of manipulation.

comment How to get dynamic county information into mapbook?
To my knowledge, you have to put the county information into the layer that defines your DDP.

I'm a bit unclear as to what you're trying to do. Perhaps an image would help.

comment Using FME to extract and store data in geodatabase in different feature datasets to create seamless dataset?
I'm not really sure I know exactly what you're trying to do here. You want to read all the files from their source folders, then combine them into the appropriate feature datasets in a Geodatabase. So all the files that are in zone 54 and end in "til" get put into Z54_Tiles feature dataset? It sounds like this is easily done in FME. Have you tried anything yet? Where are you getting stuck?

You can save the links and load them back in after you restart. What is the coordinate system of your data frame and your data?

comment Combining two overlapping rasters (combine cells, retain both values) using ArcGIS for Desktop?
I think we need a bit more detail about what you want. When you say combine, do you mean add them, subtract them, some other operation? Have you looked at Map Algebra in the Spatial Analyst Extension? Also, are you looking to create a third raster? How would you like to retain the values from the original rasters? As attributes?
