comment ArcGIS JS API: Merging Popups with Relationship Queries (with fiddle)
I understand the approach you mention, but I am wondering the following: This approach would create lots of duplicates in the output table, isn't it? Instead of having a "pointer" to the Incidents, you would have these records inside the Sewer Pipes Table and, therefore, there would be potentially many lines with the same ID. Did I get your point right? Thanks!

Yes, I am starting to think that it might be a bug... I have added a link to jsFiddle (jsfiddle.net/uBNAm) in order you all can see the problem live. Let's see... If only D. Swingley ever could check this out! :-)

comment Populate an existing popup with an AttributeInspector after RelationshipQuery returns results
I don't know if you finally solved this problem, but I copied your example into Aptana and realized that when you define the popupTemplate, the title reads "PHYISICALADDRESS". To my eyes, there is a syntax mistake, and should be "PHYSICALADDRESS", without first "I". Just my 2 cents.

comment ArcGIS JS API: Convert ESRI Date Type into String
Thanks, it simply works perfectly!! I changed the date modifier to "datePattern: 'MMMM d, y' " to match my criteria. :-)
