Call Vehicle Routing Problem Service via REST - Problem with “time” attributes? I wouldn't know what to say then, this problem seems fairly localized to your situation. |

Call Vehicle Routing Problem Service via REST - Problem with “time” attributes? Unless you have records with timestamps between Sat Jan 17 1970 05:57:00 GMT+1000 (EST) and Sat Jan 17 1970 05:57:28 GMT+1000 (EST), I wouldn't expect that you would get any data back. Try the bounds of (-8640000000000000, 8640000000000000) instead. |

How do I perform a 3 parameter geotransformation and projection in Sql Server 2012? This is not what databases were designed for. I suggest you seek other options. |

How do you calculate a column value based on the value of another column? The second example is the better way to go about it, but the syntax looks odd to me. What's not working about it? |

Any Open source georeferencing library? It sounds like your question is very localized to your particular issue. What 'georeferencing' are you planning on doing? This is a broad area and there are literally hundreds of libraries that could do what you want. Likewise, I'm not sure how you're currently developing c++ without the understanding of linking external libraries. |

How to calculate a new bounding box that is 80% of the actual bounding box returned by google map? It's not efficient because there's no need to go on a tangent, literally. It may not be relevant to this exact problem, but if you follow the path of least resistance in computing science and you won't go very far - demand in applications can scale quite quickly without warning. I already have provided my solution. Feel free to down vote it for arbitrary reasons of your own. Also, google.com.au/search?q=pithagoras |

How to calculate a new bounding box that is 80% of the actual bounding box returned by google map? This isn't very efficient, there's simply no need to bring Math.pow into the equation. |

How to create a Human Trafficking Heatmap in QGIS? My guess is that your cell output size is too high. Perhaps, however, you will want to follow an actual tutorial: qgis.spatialthoughts.com/2012/07/… |
