@ChrisW Hey Chris, to answer your questions: I want to create a new polygon to fill from the lake to the high water line. This will be a hazard area. The high water line does have gaps, so I can't use a batch tool, I don't think. Lake is a polygon, not all area's are islands though.

I don't have the use of ArcGIS Standard or Advanced at my current working location today, but I will try this Monday. It looks promising so thanks!

@Barbarossa No I am trying to fill the holes with a polygon that I am editing. Right now I am digitizing the holes by tracing either edge of a waterbody polygon and high water mark line.

comment Mosaic Aerial Photography Tiles to a Seamless Raster
Worked fantastic! Took about 12 hours to load all the tiles in, but it's working great. I'm going to continue using the raster catalog and also try and mosaic the catalog to a JP2 as well.

It's worth a shot. I had used these in the past, but found the file sizes (when sharing over a network) where much larger than working with a Mosaic-ed JP2. I'll let you know how the process goes. In the meantime, if anyone has any other suggestions I all ears.

@vince Windows Explorer isn't necessary, case sensitive would be for sure though. The answer below, really demonstrates what I was looking for.

Beauty answer! I think I'd change: f == x to f.upper() == x.upper() That way there is no way to hase case sensitive things get in the way. It'll also be great to work in a wildcard into it as well.
