comment Why does GeoServer's GetFeature round my numbers, but only for outputFormat=CSV?
Looks like a bug. Have you asked the geoserver developers? Is the default decimal separator a , (rather than .) in either the server or client locale?

comment USGS Earthquake GPS Metadata: Buffer Zones & Python
You've drawn it as a plane. Did you want a plane or great circle. Assuming that latter: Haversine (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haversine_formula)

Can you explain how this is different to your other question at gis.stackexchange.com/questions/92941/… ?

Not WMS, but NYC library recently announced that they were putting their maps up: nypl.org/blog/2014/03/28/open-access-maps Fire maps are a major part of that: digitalcollections.nypl.org/search/…

comment How to save a google map direction into a postgresql/postgis database?
That would still be a derivative work. Please read the limitations in Section 2 of the terms that til_b linked to. Perhaps you'd like to consider OpenStreetMap instead.

If asking a similar question, it helps if you refer to that, and explain why your question is different. If you don't do that, you risk your question being closed as duplicate. You also might like to describe the problem you are seeing with the code you've (now) posted.

comment How to identify in googlemaps with below data
It isn't at all obvious how this data should be presented. Can you provide some more detail on where the data came from, and how you think it should be plotted?

Welcome to gis.SE. Unfortunately it isn't clear what your question is. Could you consider updating the question (just click edit below the question) to use sentences, where one of them ends with a question mark?

comment How to find nearby objects using Easting and Northing range
Further to Polygeo's comment, could you also say what coordinate reference system those eastings and northings are in? If UTM, which UTM zone?
