After doing some research on linear referencing, I'm not sure if it is exactly what I need. Either that, or I'm not researching in the correct area that will lead me to my solution.

comment Append feature layer from one personal geodatabase to another using .Net
I was looking for a non arc object solution. However, after much research, one does not exist. If you include the fact that personal geodatabases are proprietary to ESRI, and that it's not possible. I will accept this as the answer.

comment C# Library for consuming Geoserver REST?
To add to what I am asking. I am not after a library that helps consume REST services. I am asking for a library that has been written as a wrapper to consume specifically geoserver REST services.

I like RESTSHARP as well. If I do have to implement this myself, it is what I will be using to implement it.

@CaptDragon Maybe API is the wrong term. Changed it to Library. Whenever you create several classes to consume these web services you are creating a library that simplifies the calls. It is much easier to call "geoserver.WorkSpaces.Stores.Layers[0]" to access geoserver layers than it is to write all the webrequests to access it easier. I'm asking if this has already been written or not.

@Vadim Yes, this can be done. See Edit. I am trying not to re-invent the wheel.
