Still learning a lot... Hopefully that will always be the case.

@PolyGeo Updated to try and answer your question as best I can.

comment ArcGIS 10.2 Extract Polyline from Start/End Coordinates
After doing some research on linear referencing, I'm not sure if it is exactly what I need. Either that, or I'm not researching in the correct area that will lead me to my solution.

comment Append feature layer from one personal geodatabase to another using .Net
I was looking for a non arc object solution. However, after much research, one does not exist. If you include the fact that personal geodatabases are proprietary to ESRI, and that it's not possible. I will accept this as the answer.

comment C# Library for consuming Geoserver REST?
To add to what I am asking. I am not after a library that helps consume REST services. I am asking for a library that has been written as a wrapper to consume specifically geoserver REST services.

I like RESTSHARP as well. If I do have to implement this myself, it is what I will be using to implement it.

comment C# Library for consuming Geoserver REST?
@CaptDragon Maybe API is the wrong term. Changed it to Library. Whenever you create several classes to consume these web services you are creating a library that simplifies the calls. It is much easier to call "geoserver.WorkSpaces.Stores.Layers[0]" to access geoserver layers than it is to write all the webrequests to access it easier. I'm asking if this has already been written or not.

@Vadim Yes, this can be done. See Edit. I am trying not to re-invent the wheel.

comment How to round a column in attribute table (ArcMap)
Yup, that's the python way! Apparently it's the exact same thing as the VB way (if you double click on the field to add it). The only difference is ! vs [].

It's ok, really liked the field behavior bit of knowledge. For what I am doing that would suffice.

comment How do I extract beginning/ending points for polyline shapes?
Thank you, I was able to find it after some research in there. What helped out the most was when I realized how to use the CalculateGeometry function within the Attributes Table.

comment Convert Shape Polyline-M to Polyline
For some reason that command freezes my ArcMap! But, I did get the "Copy Features" command to do the same thing, just leaving out the M values in the Environments (that was key). And then exporting the data frame out to a shape file. Worked like a charm! Thank you!

comment What is the best way to host a GeoDatabase on an ArcGISServer?
This is very good information that is getting me started. Do you per chance know where or how to display the tables/related tables within a GeoDatabase through the published web application?
