Your value looks more realistic. I will run it in sage to see if i can replicate this for total radiation. In case of instantaneous radiation the unit would be w/m2, defined by the parameter "moment= [0]". The vertical time shouldn't make any radical difference to the radiation value error i am facing in ArcGIS.

There seems to be something amiss here.Although Moran's I and Geary C indicate autocorrelation their values have inverse relation.
