I didn't use the DEM as the source layer, it was only used as input in what ARCGIS calls "in_surface_raster". I used two points in the norh-west and the south-east as source-layer. Sorry for the confusion, I will edit my post to properly differentiate between the two.

This worked great! It did not take into account spatial groups/clusters, but in this particular case that wasn't needed. I'm guessing you could use some kind of transformer to check and group objects before running them through ModuloCounter if that is needed. Thanks alot!
