How to find parcels related to geocoded addresses? the parcel table does, however, the addresses are formatted differently as far as capitalization and such, so I'm not able to capture them via a join or other method. |

What are the Pros and Cons to an ArcGISOnline Organizational Account? Thanks for your answer. We have ArcServer so we will be able to host all of our own services, which will save on token usage. At the SEUC we were told that there is some changes in the works to allow for the ArcGISOnline account to be able to integrate with any existing Windows Domain accounts as well to save from doubling up on usernames/passwords. |

Generate unique ID upon creating a feature? +1 for the ESRI Global ID option. Very easy to use tool, however, the ID string is 36 characters, which might be more than you are wanting. |

Should I use File Geodatabase (*.gdb), Personal Geodatabase (*.mdb) or shapefiles? One of the big cons for shapefiles that I can see, especially if working in a multi-user editing environment, is that you wind up having several different versions of shapefile data laying around and lose control of the data. |
