Thats what I thought. But I was hoping that perhaps FME had made it somewhat easier. But as youo say, some transformer make it impossible to do a "reverse". But now I dont have to wondeirng about this anymore, big thanks for the help. Br Mike

Hi and thanks for the response. I would say the issue would be the transformers, not what kind of format on the writer or reader? I havn't done any work yet, so it is just a hypothetical question for now. But for example can you reverse a datflow going from postgresql db via a Attributesplitter transformer into a oracle db?

I'm not quite sure exactly what I did wrong in the beginning. But thanks to the code in your last fiddle example I now managed to get my code to work. Big thanks to you Thomas!

Hi and thanks for the response. Perhaps I wasn't to clear in my question. What I want is to filter the wfs request on the server. The example you posted uses Strategy.Filter and isn't that only filtering on the client? At least that's the only thing I manage to filter.

comment Adding scaleline when using a custom projection
Have you managed to get that work for you? Because for me it doesn't help if i just do: var scaleLineControl = new ol.control.ScaleLine({units:'m'}); map.addControl(scaleLineControl); I still get AssertionError: Assertion failed

Jendrusk>That sounds very interesting indeed. So if anyone knows how to apply it in GeoServer I guess that is the perfect solution

Simone>Yes Im referring to the possiblity that the user with a little "hack" sends a different style parameter then the default in the url call. But yes that might be a solution to add something on the serverside. However if possbile to set this in GoeServer that would be much better?

comment Set max scale on wms layer in GeoServer
Hi and thanks for the reply. Correct Im thinking thats what the user can do. Or is it possible to lock that only style X can be usedn with a specific layer? If thats possible then I guess that would work as well?
