How to build an Building attribute table in a 3-band raster using ArcGIS Desktop?

iI have a 3-band (RGB) raster file from CORINE and the atrributeattribute table hasn't been built.. When iI try to execute the command BuildRasterAttributeTable iI get an error that only single bandsband rasters are allowed. whatWhat should iI do to get the attribute with the land uses?
