increase Increase resolution of generated hillshadehill shade on QGIS

I want to export a hillshadehill shade (geotiffGeoTIFF) created from a DEM as an image for printing.

But, but the resolution of the hillshadehill shade is way too low (900 columscolumns, 1450 lines).

Any way to upscale it? (I

I tried raster > projection > warpraster > projection > warp, checked 'change size' and put higher numbers but iit didn't make any difference)
