Transforming from NGVD29 to EGM96/WGS84?

I have this USGS reservoir elevation in NGVD29 datum and I want to transform it to WGS84 ellipsoid (SRTM 1 ArcSec DEM).

How can I transform this point data (NGVD29) to EGM 96 or WGS84 ellipsoid so that later I can calculate the associated volume of water?
