Add "srcband.ComputeStatistics(0)" for ensuring that statistics exist

@KcFnMi because you haven't calculated the statistics yet. srcband.ComputeRasterMinMax() or srcband.ComputeBandStats()

Image I have is ~120MB. Updated question with output of print(gdal.Info(ds)), strange it do not include min/max, can u guess anything?

And why it doen't work sometimes? I managed to elaborate a minimun working example and it works as u mention. But sometimes GetMinimum/GetMaximum seem to return None.
