Oct 23, 2018 at 14:37 | comment | added | SMiller | Please clarify how you copied the GDB - was this via Windows Explorer, or ArcCatalog, or an arcpy process? There is often file locking that occurs in a GDB, so it is safer to copy via ArcCatalog or an arcpy tool than to copy in Windows. | |
