Using ArcGIS 10.6.1 to create Map Package, I just notices ESRIEsri is creating two folders v10 and v106 which both holds same .mxd and Geodatabases

It is also different when Runtime enabled and I am getting only v101. couldn't find any documentation on ESRIEsri for this so what are these v named folders and ...
