3D netCDFNetCDF data visualization in IDV

I am using Unidata IDV  (Integrated Data Viewer) to visualize geospatial data. The data is in netCDFNetCDF format and the metadata as such:

According to IDV, this is not a gridded data format. Is there a way to fix this so that the tool recognizes this data?
