In the cor(sampleRandom...) line of code, I scripted for a 5% random sample of each raster, but still had the same error. I'll do some research on reducing memory load, although I'm thinking I may have to split up the rasters by year or something similar for a different approach. | |

With some work, you could script something that creates, stores, and then calls the point masks. This should reduce memory load... Another option would be gain access to a computer cluster. | |
