How to split Splitting lines at vertices in ArcGIS for Desktop with Basic level license?

Is there a way to work around splitting lines at vertices in ArcGIS for Desktop without an Advanced level license?

I don't have the advanced license and I have a model that uses this tool.

If need be, I can also use QGIS and then modify my model but I prefer an ArcGIS method.
