I have PDF created by the local geodetic authority which is kind of geospatial and contains layers of cadastre underground services (water, sewer, etc) as lines, points, and textual attributes describing elevations.
Here are the OGRINFO details:

I am using OSGeo4W Shell
GDAL 2.2.3, released 2017/11/20 and ogr2ogr command to convert PDF into SQLite:
ogr2ogr -a_srs EPSG:25834 -f sqlite sqlite\out.sqlite report.pdf
And the result in QGIS is OK except that textual elements are not transferred at all.
I even tried to use explicitly sql query with a hope that OGR - Feature Style Specification could extract those missing text as LABEL (this works with AutoCAD DXF files and textual objects in it):
-sql "select geometry, ogr_style from Layers_Points_WN_Anno"
but with no success. ogr_style is only filled with PEN definitions (even if this layer is full with text annotations).
Is it possible to transform somehow those text labels in PDF into some objects with OGR2OGR tool so they will show up in converted format ?
