I have a polygon layer that is joined via a 1-to-1 relationship with an Access table (table A), and the access table is related via a 1-to-many relationship to another Access table (table B). When opening the form of the polygons, the attributes of the joined table A appear, but the related table B don't. Opening the form of table A, the data of table B appear. The only way I found to have all 3 tables appear in one form is by using relations even for the 1-to-1 relationship although the result is a form inside a form. It would be better to have the joined attributes show up along the attributes of the spatial table rather than having a form inside a form.

Is there a way to show in the feature form of a spatial layer, a table that is related to a table that is joined to the spatial table?
