Google Maps collects user data and deciphers information like places visited, transportation, health etc. Other Google products, like Google Now for example, use the data to improve their products.

I was wondering if users can allow other services to use that data and offer valuable services? Users can download the data, however, it's seems inefficient to for users to download raw data and allow other services to use it.
