I'm writing a python standalone script from a old PyQGIS script. Input data is a raster of which I would like to delete little areas. In the PyQGIS script, I vectorized it and used GRASS v.clean to delete/resorb little areas/geometries, without hole.

So I'm searching how to do this in my standalone script. Either directly from the raster or from the vectorized one.

Is anybody has an idea?

input 1 band raster input 1 band raster

output output
