How can I create a printable image with styled contour lines from a vector mbtiles file? Png or svg would be prefered but I'm not stuck on the image format itself. I downloaded a vector mbtiles file with contour lines of the area I'm interested in from here: https://openmaptiles.com/contours/ I thought I'd be able to find a program that would easily open the file and let me work with its data to create a printable image with styling but I'm not having much luck. I've tried installing tilemill, maperitive, and maptiler.
