I have 30m ASTER DEM data for my study area. I have mapped out different habitat sub-types as polygons in the area. I would like to create points in each sub-type's polygon for sampling; the points across polygons of different sub-types must have same/similar slope, aspect and elevation value. The elevation in the study area varies from 2476m to 3011m.

Is this possible to do with ArcMap 10.5 and how do I go about it?
