The Band Calc tool in QGIS' Semi-Automatic Classification (SCP) plugin returns errors, even though the source rasters are valid. For example, I have dividing Band1/Band2 (landsat 8) returns a raster of all zeroes, and the built-in EVI index calculations returns a raster of all -10675 (which I assume is negative infinity, to the software.

Using the QGIS Raster Calculator works fine, though.

I want to use the Band Calc tool, because it will allow me to automate a certain workflow.
