I am trying to build Thiessen Polygons (Voronoi) from addresses. I have converted addresses to GPS coordinates and i can build the polygons with the python scipy.spatial.Voronoi library. However, I'm trying to build Polygons around groups of points and not single points. My data input could be like :

{
"points": [{
        "group": "A",
        "coordinates": [3.858, 43.587]
    },
    {
        "group": "A",
        "coordinates": [3.858, 43.599]
    },
    {
        "group": "A",
        "coordinates": [3.899, 43.599]
    },
    {
        "group": "B",
        "coordinates": [3.828, 43.519]
    },
    {
        "group": "B",
        "coordinates": [3.803, 43.5909]
    },
    {
        "group": "C",
        "coordinates": [3.613, 43.8909]
    }
]
}

Currently I create a Polygon for each point and then merge these polygons but I feel that it does not produce the result I'm expecting.

Are they any algorithms/methods you could suggest ?
