I have built a simple PyQt application(inserting list item in QListWidget) which runs outside the QGIS environment.I want to integrate that inside the QGIS so that all the map layers will be inside list while pressing the push button.

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:

  • "When seeking help to debug/write/improve code always provide the desired behavior, a specific problem/error and the shortest code (as formatted text, not pictures) needed to reproduce it in the question body. Providing a clear problem statement and a code attempt helps others to help you." – ahmadhanb, Jochen Schwarze, whyzar, PolyGeo

  • You can write a qgis plugin, which uses your dialog. The plugin has a reference to the iface object, so you can access qgis contents. You may want to read the pyqgis_developer_cookbook how to write a plugin or/ and use the "plugin builder" plugin from inside qgis. Of course you can also import your dialog module in the pyqgis console and run it from there, but thats only usefull for testing purposes i think. – Andreas Müller Mar 20 at 9:49
