I have to filter this ArcGIS Online WFS in an URL:

https://dservices5.arcgis.com/wbN76kmEQ2ue8VQm/arcgis/services/Protected_Areas_of_Greenland_WFS/WFSServer?service=WFS&request=GetFeature&TypeName=Protected_Areas_of_Greenland_WFS:All_importantAreas

I have read and tried the Passing Filter Parameters to GeoServer WFS via URL? and similar, but the working examples do not work for the moment.

I have tried with these URL's without luck. Data is presented, but not filtered.

  • I'm surprised any work because version is a required parameter for WFS, then the service gives a version 2.0.0 response I think, and for version 2.0.0 you should use typenames not typename. The service is not a GeoServer WFS, so you might be better looking at WFS 2.0.0 and Filter encoding standard to see what it possible, as GeoServer has some vendor specific (e.g. non standard) capabilities for WFS – nmtoken Apr 13 at 10:04
