UpdateGeometrySRID is not working for some reason, I think this may be due to it being an enterprise geodatabase? I also tried the manual version of UpdateGeometrySRID, where you alter the table and column using the seperate clauses; this does not work either.

Anyone have a fix for this? These are huge feature classes and I really don't feel like importing them again.

  • In what way does this not work? What exact error? Changing spatial references shouldn't work, because doing so would corrupt the geodatabase metadata, making the data useless from Desktop/Server. You should be violating a constraint to try. If you load data with the wrong spatial reference, then you really ought to reload it correctly. – Vince May 12 '19 at 1:27
