I'm working on Sentinel-2 data on water bodies. I collected the bathymetry information of a particular lake(which is having x,y,z. ie lat long and depth). Now I want to superimpose those depth values to the Sentinel data. How can I do that?

I have been trying with Python rasterio. I can read the values of sentinel data as numpy array. But how will I superimpose based on lat long values? Sentinel data is having a resolution of 10m. But the depth values have "cm" range resolution. Is averaging of values of depth within 10m is a good method?
