I am using Qgis 3.8 and I am trying to use the plugin OpenLayers. However, when I try to install the plugin I receive the following error:

Couldn't load plugin 'openlayers_plugin' due to an error when calling its classFactory() method

ImportError: cannot import name 'QtWebKitWidgets' Traceback (most recent call last):

ImportError: cannot import name 'QtWebKitWidgets'

Just for background information, I am working on an environment because I needed to use python 3.0 for Qgis. I tried to install QtWebKitWidgets, but it seems like anaconda cannot find this package.
