I am installing JavaScript locally on an ArcGIS Server that is federated with Portal and uses the Web Adaptor on the Portal machine. I am following the instructions here: https://support.esri.com/en/technical-article/000011974

I updated [HOSTNAME_AND_PATH_TO_JSAPI] with localhost/arcgis_js_api/library/3.16/3.16/dojo in the init.js and also the dojo.js.

When I browse to a service and try and view in the JavaScript viewer I get a page not found error for the source looking for the arcgis_js_api libraries. I tried with both the federated server domain name, and also the webadaptor URL, but it is not clear to me which one I should actually be using - can anyone clarify this for me?
