I have a Sql Server Store in Geoserver. I want to create Attribute-based sld. I used Persian characters in Literal tag. Like this:

<se:FeatureTypeStyle>
    <se:Rule>
      <se:Name></se:Name>
      <se:Description>
        <se:Title>Rank is ''</se:Title>
      </se:Description>
      <ogc:Filter xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc">
        <ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
          <ogc:PropertyName>Rank</ogc:PropertyName>
          <ogc:Literal></ogc:Literal>
        </ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
      </ogc:Filter>
      <se:PolygonSymbolizer>
        <se:Fill>
          <se:SvgParameter name="fill">#ed56ef</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Fill>
        <se:Stroke>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke">#000001</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-width">1</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-linejoin">bevel</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Stroke>
      </se:PolygonSymbolizer>
    </se:Rule>
    <se:Rule>
      <se:Name>خیلی زیاد</se:Name>
      <se:Description>
        <se:Title>خیلی زیاد</se:Title>
      </se:Description>
      <ogc:Filter xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc">
        <ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
          <ogc:PropertyName>Rank</ogc:PropertyName>
          <ogc:Literal>خیلی زیاد</ogc:Literal>
        </ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
      </ogc:Filter>
      <se:PolygonSymbolizer>
        <se:Fill>
          <se:SvgParameter name="fill">#70a7dd</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Fill>
        <se:Stroke>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke">#000001</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-width">1</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-linejoin">bevel</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Stroke>
      </se:PolygonSymbolizer>
    </se:Rule>
    <se:Rule>
      <se:Name>زیاد</se:Name>
      <se:Description>
        <se:Title>زیاد</se:Title>
      </se:Description>
      <ogc:Filter xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc">
        <ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
          <ogc:PropertyName>Rank</ogc:PropertyName>
          <ogc:Literal>زیاد</ogc:Literal>
        </ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
      </ogc:Filter>
      <se:PolygonSymbolizer>
        <se:Fill>
          <se:SvgParameter name="fill">#76cc75</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Fill>
        <se:Stroke>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke">#000001</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-width">1</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-linejoin">bevel</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Stroke>
      </se:PolygonSymbolizer>
    </se:Rule>
    <se:Rule>
      <se:Name>متوسط</se:Name>
      <se:Description>
        <se:Title>متوسط</se:Title>
      </se:Description>
      <ogc:Filter xmlns:ogc="http://www.opengis.net/ogc">
        <ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
          <ogc:PropertyName>Rank</ogc:PropertyName>
          <ogc:Literal>متوسط</ogc:Literal>
        </ogc:PropertyIsEqualTo>
      </ogc:Filter>
      <se:PolygonSymbolizer>
        <se:Fill>
          <se:SvgParameter name="fill">#da8a3f</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Fill>
        <se:Stroke>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke">#000001</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-width">1</se:SvgParameter>
          <se:SvgParameter name="stroke-linejoin">bevel</se:SvgParameter>
        </se:Stroke>
      </se:PolygonSymbolizer>
    </se:Rule>
  </se:FeatureTypeStyle>

But Sql Server query not working without prefix "N". Like this:

Now I want to add "N" to Literal tag as prefix.

How do I do that?
