I am very new to GIS analysis so please bear with me.

I have 2000 KML files.

I am currently using QGIS Check Geometries function to generate the error report that consists of the following.

enter image description here

  • A CSV File
  • A Geopackage file
  • A Shapefile

Is it possible to do this in R or in Python for all 2000 KML files at once?

This question appears to be off-topic. The users who voted to close gave this specific reason:

  • "When seeking help to debug/write/improve code always provide the desired behavior, a specific problem/error and the shortest code (as formatted text, not pictures) needed to reproduce it in the question body. Providing a clear problem statement and a code attempt helps others to help you." – ahmadhanb, LaughU, Fran Raga, xunilk

  • It should be possible to incoorporate the tool in a graphical model and then batch execute the model. – Erik Sep 3 at 11:36
  • Can you show me how please? I would really appreciate it. – Ishack Sep 3 at 11:45
  • Please refer to chapters 18.17 and 18.26 of the QGIS-documentation. – Erik Sep 3 at 11:48
