I am trying to do simple catchment area analysis but both SAGA and GRASS fail to analyse the DEM.

  • According to your log (g.region entry), you work with "rows: 67526, cols: 75295, cells: 5084370170", i.e. 5 billion raster cells. That's fine for GRASS GIS but is that your intention? – markusN Oct 10 at 19:42
