I have 3 numpy arrays, one is lat, lon and values. I want to write it as a raster file. I know there is a very similar case answered here

But the lat lon is not evenly spaced as the reference. rather the lat lon are unevenly distributed, which does not form a rectangular shape, rather it forms a parallelogram. Is there any way to write it as a rater file?

For example

lat=[[10,9.75,9.5,9.25],
    [9.75,9.5,9.25,9.0],
    [9.5,9.25,9.0,8.75]]

lon=[[20,20.25,20.5,20.25],
    [20.25,20.5,20.75,21.0],
    [20.5,20.75,21.0,21.25]]

I have tried to create a grid using the lat lon by interpolation, but what do I do with the values? I am not supposed to change the values of the raster.
