I want to initialize three variables: one for water, another for buildings and the last one for the other things for 2010,2015 and 2020 of a certain location starting from the month of March using Landsat 8 Tier 1 Collection 1 OLI Raw scenes. How can I do this?
This much I have done and being a beginner to this field I don't have much experience working with this.
