I also opened a case in GeoNet: https://community.esri.com/message/959958-ortho-maker-cannot-calculate-cut-and-fill
What I want to carry out is how can I calculate cut fill volume based on my 2 different times DSM which was generated in Ortho Maker as using "Calculate volume in Ortho Maker" following this doc: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/use/cut-and-fill-volume-calculation.htm
Apparently Ortho maker is able to use only their orthoelevation service: https://elevation3d.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/WorldElevation3D/Terrain3D/ImageServer Because they let me to use this if I don't have a orthoelevation service in this doc: https://enterprise.arcgis.com/en/portal/latest/administer/windows/ortho-maker-setup-and-configuration.htm
However, it is silly. Why would I want to use Esri orthoelevation service to calculate cut fill based on temporal data? I created Orthomosaic, DTM and DSM for two different times of drone images. I just want to difference from 2 different DSM to calculate cut fill.
By the way, using cut fill tool in ArcGIS Pro takes more than 9 hours.. But this is another case, I guess.
