I am looking for a way to obtain data about avg light-pollution for specific places.
It seemed NASAs https://ladsweb.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/missions-and-measurements/products/VNP46A1/ might be a good source.
However I am totally lost on their websites. Does anybody know any starting-points / documentation on:
- How to download the data in any way.
- How to extract the images for regions from that data. Is that what https://blackmarble.gsfc.nasa.gov/Tools.html does?
